If you print the pipe network profile views with the hydraulic and energy grade lines (HGL and EGL) turned off, you might see some lines crossing the structures:

These lines are only visible in the final plot or the plot preview and not in the layout, as seen in the image below which is a print screen from the layout:

To fix this problem, select any pipe, right click and use the Edit Pipe Style command:

Go to the Display tab, set the View Direction to Profile and turn off the Hydraulic Grade Line and Energy Grade Line components:
