In some drawings, you may experience an issue where pipe network structures are visible in plan view but they are not visible in 3D view, see images below:

3D view (only one structure using a different style is visible)
The first two fixes you should try are:
Turn on all the relevant layers
Make sure that the structure style displays objects in a 3D view
If none of the above helps, then try the following workflow:
Swap structures to a different structure family
Delete corrupted structure family from a part list
Import structure family again
Swap structure to reimported structure family
